Engage Evolution Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Contact details: the name, email address, company, and message you submit through a form or a booking request.
• Usage data: page views, referral sources, approximate location, device and browser type. We collect this through Google Analytics 4 and our hosting provider’s server logs.
• Advertising data: when our advertising pixel is active, Meta Platforms sets cookies and collects identifiers so we can measure visits and show ads to people who have visited this site. This is advertising technology, not privacy-preserving analytics, and we would rather say so plainly.
• Client project data: the workflow details, credentials-free system access, and documentation needed to deliver a consulting engagement.

How we use the data

• Responding to inquiries and scheduling consultations.
• Sending email you have asked to receive. Every message carries an unsubscribe link.
• Understanding which pages are useful so we can improve the site.
• Measuring and retargeting advertising, when advertising is running.
• Delivering contracted work and meeting the obligations in a signed agreement.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this site and deliver work:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and server logs
• Google — Google Analytics 4
• Meta Platforms — advertising measurement and retargeting
• Web3Forms — processing form submissions
• Calendly — scheduling, when you book a call
• Subcontractors — vetted specialists who deliver parts of a client engagement, bound by confidentiality terms

We also disclose information where the law requires it. Client engagements may name additional subprocessors; those are set out in the relevant agreement.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as a contract or the law requires. After that we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in it, or by emailing us.
• Opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser opt-out add-on.
• Control ad personalization in your Meta account settings, or block cookies in your browser.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@engageevolution.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security

We use encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and multi-factor authentication on the systems that hold client data. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed to anyone under 16.

Updates

We may revise this policy as the services or the regulations change. The date below reflects the last substantive revision.
