I have spent about ten years inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot — building journeys, rebuilding data models, chasing deliverability problems, and fairly often walking into an instance somebody else left behind.

Engage Evolution exists because there is a gap between what a systems integrator will take on and what an in-house team has capacity for. A lot of Marketing Cloud problems are too small for a six-month partner engagement and too specialised for the people who have to live with them. That is the work I take.

Delivery runs through a small bench of SFMC, Pardot, and project management specialists under my review, so the work does not sit in a queue behind one person. Scoping, pricing, and the final read are always mine.
