For agencies and partners
You sold the Marketing Cloud work. I can build it.
Named-subcontractor or fully white-labelled SFMC and Pardot delivery for agencies and Salesforce partners. Fixed fee per deliverable, scoped before anything starts, so you can price the job and keep your margin predictable.

Fixed fee per deliverable
Every item is scoped and priced before work starts, with assumptions and exclusions written down. You can quote and mark up with confidence.
No headcount
Overflow capacity when you win the work, and nothing on the payroll when you do not. Seven Salesforce certifications behind it.
Straight answers
If a client request will not do what they think it will, you hear that from me before it is built — not after it ships.
Typical deliverables
Indicative starting points, not a rate card. Every item is quoted against the actual scope, with assumptions and exclusions stated — HTML and CSS production, design, copywriting, custom reporting, and render testing are excluded by default unless you want them in.
| Deliverable | Indicative fee |
|---|---|
| Ad-hoc send to a defined audience | from $250 |
| Data extension backup and archive automation | from $500 |
| Adding emails or steps to an existing journey | from $1,000 |
| Resend and echo logic across a send set | from $3,500 |
| New journey build, up to 15 steps | from $7,500 |
| Deliverability audit and remediation plan | Scoped per account |
| Platform audit with a 90-day roadmap | Scoped per account |
| Pardot / MCAE implementation and connector work | Scoped per account |
How it works
Send me the scope
A client brief, a ticket list, or a transcript of the call where they described the problem. Rough is fine.
You get a written scope back
Deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, and a fixed fee — in a form you can put in front of your client or fold into your own estimate.
Build, QA, and hand off
Delivered against the written scope, with documentation. Named on the account or invisible, whichever you chose.
Keep it running, or not
Some agencies hand the instance back. Others add monthly managed operations so it stays healthy without tying up your team.
Send me a scope
Thirty minutes to walk through what your client needs, and you’ll get a written scope and a fixed fee back.
